Meet Your team
Our inspectors are all fully licensed and insured. We stay up-to-date with all the ongoing changes within our industry. All our inspections are performed using the best available technology. Thermal imaging (infrared scan) and thermal moisture meters are a standard part of all our Home Inspections. We deliver a comprehensive, fact based report of all elements inspected. Our reports are accompanied by a copy of the permit history (where available) of the building.

Tariq Smith

A graduate of Florida A&M University, Tariq has been performing inspections for over 10 years and is a member of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors. With up to 3,000 inspections completed, he has helped thousands of prospective buyers, sellers and homeowners in the real estate and insurance processes. Bringing a decade of experience to every inspection, Tariq draws on his knowledge of the vast South Florida Landscape to handle all your inspection needs. He works with a cross section of clients, from first time home buyers, to seasoned career investors. Tariq prides himself on knowledge, discretion and clear communication in helping all clients during the inspection process.
Michael Chisholm

Michael, a native of South Florida, is an Internachi Certified Professional Inspector with a specialization in Real Estate and Insurance inspections within the TriCounty area. Committed to serving his clients’ best interests, Michael’s reliability and consistency have contributed to his success in the inspection industry. His expertise extends to a wide range of areas, including New Construction, Mold Inspections, Four Point, Wind Mitigation, 4 Point, HVAC, Water Heater Inspections, Roof Certifications, Water Intrusion, and all other relevant aspects of home inspections. With his comprehensive knowledge and dedication, clients can rely on Michael for all their inspection needs.
Eric Albert
Eric Albert is a licensed home inspector and member of the Adjusting and Inspection Services team. Eric proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Following his service, he gained many years of experience servicing generators and other electrical appliances. He is very knowledgeable of the home inspection process and has a vast understanding of any potential issues that may be encountered.
